• Psychometric Assessment followed by 360 Feedback for the Leadership team
• Strategic Offsite to lay out the coaching engagement framework and get an alignment. Additionally agree on the desired outcomes
• Group Coaching Sessions, along with one on one sessions with the new India MD & Apac Business Leader
• Monthly and quarterly checkpoint & reviews
