- Objective was to conduct a Compensation Benchmarking across Engineering & Non-engineering campus placement programs
Approach:
- Hunt HoD team started with identifying the target list of college campus in India, Engineering & Non-engineering- 25 each
- Identifying the target list of competitor firms participating in the placement from these campus
- Survey conducted using the Hunt network, and targeted primary & secondary research, to gather the information
- Analysis and interpretation of the data, followed by the sharing of the results and recommendations
Outcome: Basis the inputs, DE Shaw was successful in rapidly building its Arcesium platform in India
