Bengaluru based Ozone Group backed by Urban Infrastructure Venture Capital Ltd is a rapidly expanding real estate developer. Ozone was looking for a dynamic, and capable professional leader who would lead the business in a tough and highly competitive environment.

A commerce graduate, Srinivasan completed his Cost Accountancy and Chartered Accountancy in 1995 and 1996 respectively while working as Audit Assistant in Deloitte. In 1997 he joined Gharda Chemicals as Manager-Treasury and Taxation. Later in the year 2000 he joined ROW2 Technologies India Private Limited as VP – Finance and moved on to take a diversified role as VP – Operations in the company. In 2005 he was appointed as CEO at ROW2 Technologies and was credited for turning around the company to USD 10Millions turnover with $6 Million profits in 3 years. In 2009, Srinivasan joined The Wadhwa Group as CFO and in 2012 he was promoted as COO. Here he managed to raise funds of about INR 35000 Million and was instrumental in tax restructuring resulting in annual tax savings of INR 1000 Million.

Considering his combined strength of Finance & Operations in the RE sector, Hunt Partners was able to position and place Srinivasan as the CEO for Ozone, a role that he has excelled in, delivering immense value to the company over the last several years, working in close partnership with the Chairman.
