As a trusted partner specializing in CXO hirings, she possesses a deep understanding of the strategic importance and nuanced requirements of these pivotal positions with an extensive network in the process industry space.​

​Previously a Partner at 3P Consultants, Sonal has successfully filled numerous CXO mandates for startups, SMEs and Indian conglomerates across diverse sectors including chemicals, agrochemicals, engineering, auto ancillary and healthcare. Her areas of specialization encompass Project management, Strategic Consulting, Key Account Management, and Succession planning and ensuring optimal leadership solutions for her clients. Notably, she has demonstrated her proficiency in various geographies, including the Middle East belt.​

Before transitioning to the executive search industry, Sonal spent a decade in corporate finance roles. She holds a degree from Mumbai University and a PGDBM in Business Management, complemented by her Inter Cost Accountant degree. Recently, Sonal further enhanced her skills by completing an Executive Leadership Program in General Management & Business Administration from Cornell University, USA.
