Nikita is one of our youngest partners. She leads the Real Estate practice with focus on both private equity and developers. She is also co-leading efforts in strengthening the firm’s Consumer and Retail practice. Given her wide experience in executing searches within the Industrial and Infrastructure domain, she plays an important role in supporting these practice areas as well.

With 14 years of experience in this industry, Nikita is a specialist in the area of C-Suite hiring. She has worked with global search firms such as Amrop and RGF Executive Search in the past.

She brings innate ability to connect well with clients and deeply understand their requirements to find the suitable fit. Clients like her for her passion, determination, perseverance and an intuitive consulting approach while working with them on mandates.

Nikita is a graduate in Journalism from Mumbai University and completed her MBA in Marketing from ITM Navi Mumbai.

She is a tennis enthusiast and has pursued competitive tennis early in her career. She also enjoys reading and cycling.
