About the Independent Director:
Anu Wakhlu has been an Executive Director on Pragati Leadership’s Board for over 15 years. She has been the Managing Director of the company for 6 years. In this capacity, she has led the organization’s growth through creating deep customer relationships and sharpening the product portfolios.
Anu works as a strategic HR Consultant with some of the biggest names in the Manufacturing sector in particular over the past decade, transforming their HR systems systematically, inside-out to add value to the business. Anu is adept at facilitating Organizational Change & Transformation, Developing Coaches and Facilitators and Leadership Development for top management teams.
Anu has a Master Degree in Nutrition and a Diploma in Strategic Management. She has won Gold Medal for her MSc. She is the author of the book ‘Time and Life Management’. Anu is an Ashoka Fellow and President of Soroptomist International, an international organization dedicated to growth and empowerment of Women worldwide. She is also a Certified Executive Coach – ICF (MCC).
