About the Candidate:
Prashant comes with around 21 Years of experience in Sales / Marketing, P&L, Process and People Management in Electrical, Electronics / Manufacturing Industry He is a certified Black Belt for Six Sigma and qualified for Lean At 3M, he has been selected for a special project to implement processes across businesses and functions where he was driving Implementation of Business Execution Process (BEP) across company – X Matrix, A3 / Bowler for key metrics, MAP Reviews through maintaining a war room. He was responsible for implementing Transformational projects like – East India Penetration using SSD, Kaizen, Lean and creating control plans to bring in focus and effective Change Management. He was leading Kaizen events and Huddle meetings to improve customer score cards/ service metrics (Ex: Key Account Customer score card improvements, Reducing Month end sales skew). He was playing a role of a Key Program Manager for global growth programs (Core Surge) for India region through creating, monitoring and managing A3’s and reviewing at all levels.
