About the Company:
Peters Surgical is a unique French firm manufacturing and selling surgical sutures and is the European leader for haemostatic clips. Partly owned by Eurazeo PME, a leading listed Investment Company, it specializes in sutures, devices for temporary and permanent vascular occlusion, wall reinforcement, surgical glue, single use instruments for laparoscopic surgery, and drains. It has offices in France, Poland, Luxembourg, USA and India. Peters Surgical entered the Indian market with the acquisition of Stericat Gutstrings in Jan 2016, following the opening up of the sector to 100% FDI by the Govt. of India.
About the Candidate:
Rajdeep brings 22 years of experience in the medical devices industry in India, Neighbouring countries and the UK. Having been during the growth periods of companies such as B Braun, GE Healthcare and Stryker, he possesses deep understanding of product segments, customers, go-to-market and overall business evolution. Before joining Peters Surgical, he was the Director for Medsurg division of Stryker. He has led several businesses at Stryker including Endoscopy, NSE and Hospital Infrastructure. His last portfolio contributed to 65% of the company sales in India and has been the fastest growing set in India.
