About the Candidate:

Praveen Nijhara has over 20 years of experience in market research. He is currently the Head of IMRB Stakeholder Management, the stakeholder loyalty business of IMRB International, India’s largest and oldest market research company. He has played a key role in establishing IMRB International’s stakeholder loyalty business as a dominant market leader in India. He has stakeholder loyalty measurement & consulting experience across sectors notably, BFSI, telecom, healthcare, manufacturing among others. Prior to this, he has worked with MORI UK, in London and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company as part of the marketing team driving consumer insights. Praveen is an alumnus of NMIMS, Mumbai, having completed his Masters in Management Studies (MMS).
