Total potential of this Land Parcel would be around 16 million sq. ft. and would be developed in a Phase-wise manner.

About the Candidate:

Mukund Raj is a professional with more than 32 years of experience in Real Estate, Construction, Engineering & Project Management. He comes with extensive expriece in managing a 10.0 million sq.ft premium, high end, mixed-use development comprising Residential, Commercial Offices, Retail & School in Mumbai. (Estimated top-line Rs. 20,000 Crs). His role involves complete responsibility of Project Planning, Design development & Engineering, Statutory Approvals, Budgets, Procurement & Contracting, Construction, Hand-over including Sales, Marketing and CRM interfaces.
