His areas of specialization include organization design, capability building, employer branding and building culture of empowerment & performance, amongst others. His role at Baxter involved strategizing and executing organization wide transformation programs that are focused on managing costs, transforming the organization and reducing complexity, allowing Baxter to focus resources on key business goals and reinvest in sustainable and profitable growth. Gautam has been felicitated with a “President’s Club Award” at Xerox, for his Exemplary Performance in Human Resources in Shanghai. At Baxter, he was awarded the “Baxter Global HR Excellence Award 2017 – Change & Transformation (Emerging Asia)”.
