About the Company:

Nova IVI Fertility (NIF) is a subsidiary of Nova Medical Centers. Formed in 2011, NIF is a partnership between Nova, and IVI of Spain. IVI is one of the largest IVF groups in the world and a leader in Reproductive Medicine with 39 centers across 10 countries in Europe, South America and Asia. About the Candidate:

S Chandrasekar has around 25 years of successful career with diverse roles distinguished by commended performance in various aspects of Retail Store Operations leadership with focus on nurturing profit center, driving P/L , optimizing revenue & margins and people management. He was with Max Hypermarkets as the Vice President Operations – South India managing 12 hypermarkets, deliver 72% of the company’s turnover. He joined them in 2009 and prior to this, was with Spencer’s Retail handling National Operations for their Private Label Initiative. Before RPG, Chandrasekar was associated with Food World Supermarkets heading the Coimbatore Region. He began his career with Sterling Holidays and also worked with Airtel as a Teleshop Manager.
