About the Candidate:
Rahul has over 14 years of experience in investment banking, credit analysis, financial restructuring, debt syndication and investment management including mezzanine & private equity investments, distressed single asset restructurings and special situations. He commenced his career with Brescon Corporate Advisors as a member of debt syndication and financial restructuring (especially CDR) team and worked on some large transactions such as US$300Mn financial restructuring of one of the largest fertilizer companies in India. His last role with with Edelweiss Special Opportunities Fund as Principal encompassed origination of transactions from market/advisors with focus on generating fixed high-yield returns with equity optionality / upsides.
