We took up a Board Evaluation mandate for one of the largest Oil & Energy companies in India. The Company has been an existing client, we had conducted a similar exercise for them in 2015 as well. The Board was very impressed by the seamless and highly customer centric experience during the earlier exercise and invited Hunt Partners to undertake the Board Evaluation consecutively for this year.

Hunt Partners along with its knowledge & technology partner Board Evaluation Ltd. UK, successfully executed the evaluation project. The assignment took about 3 months to finish and received active support from the entire Board led by its Chairman and especially the Independent Directors. The online process offers a non-intrusive and highly customizable approach with a technology backend that analyses and interprets the data for a detailed MIS report. The exercise of Board Evaluation supports the corporate governance initiative driven by the company leadership.
