An accomplished Sales & Distribution professional, Pradeep has over 25 years of experience, handling diversified portfolios at leading Indian & global FMCG companies like Perfetti Van Melle, Cargill, Henkel Dabur and SBCH (GSK). He was associated with Perfetti since 2007; and in 2012 conceptualized and headed Process Improvement & Innovation – first of its kind initiative globally within the group.
