Hunt Partners places Mehzabin Nair as Managing Director, India at Skanem

About the Company:

Skanem is a European MNC in the packaging space; known for innovative, high-end products. The company uses high end technology and caters to premium brands in the consumer, personal care markets and OTC segment. They act as a brand solution provider and are known for their superior quality, innovation and reliability amongst their customers. They also have multiple manufacturing facilities in India apart from the commercial organization and currently stand at a revenue of INR 150 crores in India. During the last couple of years, the business has grown profitably at compound annual growth rate of 15% year on year. At the group level globally, they have made a strategic decision to invest in emerging markets; which is why India has become a focus country for them. Skanem has a clear ambition to be the number one player for labelling solutions in India.

About the Candidate:

Mehzabin comes with over 25 years of experience. She comes with past experience of working in the packaging industry with well-known names like Huhtamaki, Jhaveri Flexo, Uflex and TruPac Solutions where she has worked largely in sales and marketing roles. She was also working with Emami in the Procurement of Flexible Packaging. She was last with Accenture as a Business Delivery Manager where she was into procurement management and responsible for end-to-end operations. She is a B.Sc. Statistics graduate and has done her Executive MBA.
