Ankit is a seasoned in-house counsel, corporate secretary and a fraud examiner. He has comprehensive experience in managing end to end legal matters for corporates, strategizing & implementing legal and risk mitigation, contract management, corporate governance, dispute management, along with managing ethics programs and regulatory compliances. His approach as a business enabler helps in overall development of his business, and he possesses it with good communication, analytical, interpersonal skills. He got elected unanimously as an office bearer of Indian Private Ports and Terminal Association as ‘Treasurer’ and he is also a Member of Standing Committee of Coal at Federation of Indian Mineral Industries.
