In a move to further strengthen its already robust real estate private equity business, Milestone appointed Mr. Alok Aggarwal as Managing Partner & CEO – Real Estate.

A graduate from IIT Delhi & MBA from ISB, Hyderabad, Alok brings 26 years of core experience in Real Estate and Infrastructure, with over a decade as an investor. In his early career, Alok worked as a Project Engineer in the Infrastructure Sector. In 2004 he joined The Chatterjee Group as General Manager and later moved to DLF Limited as Head, West India (Business Development). In 2007 he was appointed as one of two Directors in SUN-AREA Property Partners, one of the largest India dedicated Real Estate PE funds, where he went on to create numerous successful exits. Alok has also completed a leadership course at Harvard Business School onReal Estate Strategies. He has been a regular panelist and speaker at various real estate forums and conferences and also teaches real estate strategies.
