About the Company:
Zanini Auto Group is a leading global industrial organization focused on automotive components. Established in 1965, they produce wheel, body and interior trim for world’s leading car manufacturers. Currently catering to more than 60 Automotive OEM players, Zanini is a preferred partner these players globally for their component requirements. They are headquartered in Spain, and have Commercial Project Offices in US, Brazil, China, France and Japan. Having 11 production plants across various continents, and an aim to maintain market leadership, they are expanding their geographical reach to India. They are aiming to grow to be a 15 Million Euro by 2025, in India.
About the Candidate:
Surajit has over 20 years of experience with more than 10 years of experience in leadership role and around 4 years in production leadership role (manager of manager). He has worked with MNCs like Motherson Sumi Systems, Schneider Electric, GE, Brady Corporation, Johnson &Johnson, Sigma-Freudenberg-NOK and has extensive experience in working in a matrix set up. Surajit has deep understanding of how a successful business is run and he has partnered with global leadership teams on several occasions to impart training, benchmarking, knowledge/best practice information sharing. Surajit has demonstrated his ability in stakeholder management, including labour unions for running successful business operations. He is a fast learner and adapts to new environment very quickly, this comes from his experience in working successfully in different industries in different roles. He is an Electrical Engineer from NIT, Silchar and has done a 1-year Executive Program in Business Management from IIM Calcutta.
