Hunt Partners was founded in early 2003 through the merger of three Asian based search firms with similar ethics, processes and visions. The Partners of these firms possess several years experience in the retained search market including AT Kearney, Horton International and Argosy International. The combined partnership resulted in a boutique firm with a pan-Asian footprint, focused in specific Practice Industries at the top management and Board levels.
Since the beginning, Hunt Partners has worked with a limited number of firms, ensuring that the client relationship is central to the “talent search” process. This “partnering” approach has ensured that Hunt Partners consistently produces desired results in sourcing the region’s top talent as well as providing clients with consultative services and market intelligence that goes beyond the search process. A strong understanding of the client’s business has allowed Hunt to provide a proactive perspective and anticipate talent introductions in a timely manner.
