Our Business

All searches are managed and executed by a Partner. We cap the number of searches a Partner executes in a year so as to ensure undivided time, focus and attention to your search.

Closure Rate:

We have the highest closure rate in the industry for senior executive searches. Our closure rate, defined as placements made as a percentage of overall mandates, has consistently tracked at 95%.

Stick Rate:

We track the ‘stick-rate’ i.e. the average tenure of our placed candidates. Here is the summary of the results for all candidates place from inception till 2012:

  • 57% of the candidates we placed had tenure of over 3 years
  • 25% of the candidates we placed had tenure of between 2 to 3 years
  • 18% of the candidates we placed had tenure of less than 2 years

Principal Consultant

JOB ROLE Assignment Management
  • Execute and close search-assignments successfully within the given time frame
  • Nurture and manage existing Hunt Partners client relationships; account management
  • Oversee research and execution process to ensure it is aligned to the search strategy
  • Monitor the quality of all deliverables within the context of a search mandate
Practice Management
  • Contribute to the development of formal practice offerings
  • Develop practice-specific IP, industry reports
  • Provide firm visibility at industry events.
Revenue Management
  • Prospect for retained search mandates from current, past and potential clients
  • Ensure revenue booking & billing targets are met or exceeded
Client Management
  • Consult / advise the client on the business within the context of a search mandate
  • Ensure the mandate being provided is ‘clean’ that is, it has a high degree of closure
  • Maintain a high level of interaction with existing clients to generate additional business
